Richard Carbino
VP Sales
Richard Carbino has worked with stone for over 30 years and co-founded Traditional Cut Stone in 1998.
Richard trained as a brick and stone mason in 1983 under Danish Master Mason Knud Norgaard in Kingston, Canada.
Richard’s recently contributed a chapter to The Art of Classical Details, by renowned architect and author Phillip James Dodd. Richard is an active member of several industry organizations. Including;

- Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America
- Allied Stone Industries
- The New York Landmarks Conservancy
David Tyrrell
Managing Director
David Tyrrell co-founded Traditional Cut Stone in 1998 at a time when stone carvers were scarce in North America.
Originally trained as a Masonry Draftsman and Civil Engineer Technician in Ireland, David’s vision was to re-energize this fading art form by creating the best historic stone restoration company in Canada.
He is personally involved with;

Lawrence Voaides
Master Stone Carver, Artist
Lawrence Voaides co-founded Traditional Cut Stone in 1998 as master stone carver and artist.
Originally trained in Romania, Lawrence has over 40 years of stone carving under his belt. His masterpieces include renowned historic monuments and stone restoration pieces across Europe and North America.
Under Lawrence’s artistic direction, Traditional Cut Stone has developed North America’s largest and most respected art department in the stone carving industry.
